Before Picture - Virtual Staging

Technology allows me to virtually stage rooms of your home without being present! 

E-mail photos of your home, I'll review them then we either discuss everything over the telephone where I can also ask questions about things I don't see in the photos, or I can type up a List of Recommendations for you based on what is visible.

Simple as 1, 2, 3 …

  1. Prepayment:  Select your preferred service—Telephone Call or List of Recommendations.  You will then receive a Paypal invoice.
  2. E-mail Your Photos:  Once payment is received you will receive a confirming E-mail with address for E-mailing your photos and MLS link (if desired).  Include your telephone number and the date and time (after 6:30pm CST) if you would like to receive a Telephone Call.
  3. Virtual Staging:  If selecting an E-mailed List of Recommendations, please allow 24-48 hours.
